The 'Airpark' is where it all started —founded in 2008, Lorenzo Lizarralde made wine in his hangar on a grass runway for 9 years. The tiny 'Gazebo' Tasting Room opened its doors in September 2009, then expanded in 2016 to a beautiful, relaxing, quiet vibe with art on the walls and unhurried personal service. If the Airpark were a city, it would be Paris.

We serve a variety of vinifera wines such as Chardonnay, Cabernet and Syrah; fruity ciders; a range of exceptional brews such as Belgian Tripel, Chocolate Oatmeal Stout and Lemon Shandy. Soon, we will be serving Mile High Distillery spirits and craft cocktails!

In 2017, Lorenzo moved the winemaking from the original 'Airpark' to an 8,000 square foot building on 26 acres in the 'Irish Hills'. In 2018, we added a Kitchen and Blue Skies Brewery, where we craft amazing beers using the finest, small batch brewing techniques. In 2019, we discovered 'tribute bands' and in 2020 built the 5,500 square foot Biergarten as a concert venue. In 2021 we began planting Laurent Vineyard. In 2022 we built an outdoor Stage for weddings. In 2023, we added bubbly wines and Mile High Distillery to the list! If the Airpark were Paris, the Irish Hills would be Amsterdam.
Whatever it is that you are in the mood for, we have something for everyone: vinifera wines ranging from dry to sweet; fruity hard ciders; light to big and bold craft beers; and now, craft cocktails featuring our own high octane spirits!
